Key Objectives:
Develop and set clear brand strategy to support annual Sikkens country sales targets under global brand strategy and direction. Manage Sikkens brand in Price, Product, Promotion and Place(4P) to ensure to meet brand values and customer needs across China, to enhance its marketing image in high segment brands.
Principal Accountabilities
1.Product
Identify needs for new products or systems to generate future brand growth. Optimize product profile to meet customer’s requirements including current product management and new product launching
Organize benchmark tests/demo to get information for new product from competitors
Actively survey the market for new product from competitors
Manage & coordinate Global / Regional new products launching based on market needs
New Product knowledge spreading among internal team and conduct the launching plan
Track the performance of individual products to identify potential rationalization of fast moving & slow moving product
Benchmark & Test products with the assistance of the technical department to ensure that products meet the profile
Waterborne management
Manage & Coordinate complaints
2.Price
Setup and manage normal dealer/end user pricing
Manage special pricing (e.g. OEM price)
Actively pricing analysis the market for new competitors/new products
Actively pricing management for current products to ensure the overall margin of company
3.Promotion
Setup Product Promotion strategy
Partner with to Marketing Communication team on various marketing communication projects under Global Style Guideline,
a.Marketing tools and material design, such as leaflet, TDS, poster, promotional gift, website for Sikkens
b.Liaise with sales team to organize marketing events, seminar etc.
c.Design, launch and manage communication tools, especially for e-media
4.Place
Set-up dealer strategy such as discount and rebate etc.
Closely communicate with dealers. Follow up with the Sales Team to understand dealer needs. Support Sales to maintain sustainable dealer relationship.
5.S&OP
Coordinator with sales team/dealer/plant to consolidate entire supply chain data
Following to data analysis, communicate issues to be improved in production/logistics to the sales team/dealer/plant
Cooperate with the sales team and the plant try to solve the stock issue
Design S&OP structure fitting for China market and delivery accurate product/demand/forecast plan at regular intervals
Ensure achieve S&OP target by using suitable structure and data
Requirements:
Requirements:
1.Education
University degree or above. Marketing or Business Management related discipline is a plus.
2.Relevant Working Experience
Above 5 years exposure in product management field.
Experience in automotive after-market is highly preferred.
3.Capability and know-how
Project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage senior level relationships
Good initiative and excellent follow through characteristics
Basic financial skills
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Strong team player
