1.Lead Strategic Account team and overall accountable to achieve sales target for Strategic Account. Drive business development and improve market share. 带领战略核心客户团队完成各项销售目标。大力发展业务并提升市场占有率。
2.Develop the potential business opportunities in the Insurance and Independent Body Shop (IBS) segment and work closely with sales team on the insurance sector to maximize business opportunity. 在保险及独立维修站领域开拓潜在的业务机会,和销售团队密切配合在保险业务上寻求有利的商机。
1)Study and explore car refinishes business opportunities in automotive insurance market in China. Transfer and implement AkzoNobel best practice overseas into automotive insurance sector. 研究及开拓中国汽车保险市场中的汽车修补漆业态,发现商业机会,将阿克苏诺贝尔海外有效的业务模式引入国内市场。
2)Initiate market researches in the entire car refinishes value chain, analyze and lead to business plan. 通过市场调研了解汽车修补漆价值链,通过分析制定商业计划。
3)Conduct feasibility study. Facilitate the process and approvals for project investments. 对投资项目进行可行性分析。促进项目投资过程的各项流程及许可。
4)Facilitate and reach business agreement and approval about paint selection from automotive insurance companies. 同汽车保险公司合作完成油漆选择项目的协议或认证。

3.Develop strategic partnership and business opportunity with car manufacturers. Obtain the product authorization, technical and commercial agreements from the OEMs. 发展与汽车原厂商的战略业务伙伴关系。力争获得产品认证,技术及商务方面的认可。
1)Establish and maintain strong business relationship with car manufacturers in China, especially the after service and spare parts department. 与中国市场的汽车原厂,尤其是售后服务和零配件部门保持紧密、有效的业务伙伴关系。
2)Establish and communicate all necessary procedures for qualifications at the local level. 为符合当地标准资格,建立和沟通所有必需的流程。
3)Present and roll-out our products and value-added service projects, and facilitate the authorization from OEMs. 向原厂客户推广公司的产品以及服务项目,以支持获得原厂认证。
4)Hold and join events which benefit the business relationship, such as management training, seminars, technical training and forums, etc. 组织并参加各项有利于业务关系的活动。如经销商培训及论坛,技术及管理研讨、培训、论坛等。

4.Provide input and insight to Integrated Business Plan (IBP) to ensure business performance and activities are well tracked and managed. 按要求完成业务整合计划(IBP),确保业务表现及活动得到有效的跟踪和管理。

5.Hold strong leadership to strategic account team. Grow team capability in the area of OEM and insurance sector. 有力地带领战略核心客户团队,提升团队在原厂及保险领域的业务能力。
1)Responsible for Leadership Talent Review (LTR) scheme for Strategic Account team. 发展年轻动力,发展及完善战略核心客户部门LTR。
2)Actively leverage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure efficient and effective team management and tracking. 积极利用客户关系管理(CRM)系统,高效管理及跟踪团队业绩及动向。

6.Develop inter-department cooperation, bridge sales and marketing team to OEM and Insurance contacts. 发展部门间合作,为销售及市场部建立有效的原产及保险业务联系。
1)Liaising with Marketing team, implement brand and product strategies of the company into strategic accounts. 与市场部紧密合作,在战略核心客户中推广公司的品牌及产品战略。
2)Closely work with local sales teams by connecting with OEM stakeholders, as to achieve sales targets. 与地区销售团队紧密合作,发展及引进原厂客户关系,确保地区销量的达成。

7.Overall responsible for cost control in Strategic Account department according to finance policy and requirement. Well manage Outstanding Waiting Capital according to Credit Control Policy of the company. 按公司要求,有效控制战略核心客户部门的运营成本。同时按公司信用控制政策有效管理客户回款。 Requirements:
1.Education 教育背景
1)Bachelor or above degree, major in chemistry, business or automotive related discipline is preferred. 本科或以上学历。化工、商业或汽车相关专业优先。

2.Relevant Working Experience 相关工作经验
1)3 years or above automotive insurance claim experience. Familiar with the insurance claim process. Network with well-known automotive insurance companies is preferred. 三年以上汽车保险索赔经验。熟悉保险理赔流程。 有汽车保险领域业务关系者优先。
2)5 years or above automotive relevant industry experience, such as car refinishes, automotive insurance etc. Experienced with MNC is preferred. 5年以上汽车行业相关经验,如汽车修补漆,汽车保险等领域。有大型跨国企业经验者优先。
3)More than 3 years experience in managing a team of 5-10 FTEs. Experience in leading a mix team of sales and technical staffs is preferred. 3年以上5-10人团队管理经验。有同时管理销售及技术人员相关经验者优先。

3.Capability and know-how 知识与能力 1)Strong industry knowledge of auto parts and automotive after sales market. 熟悉汽车配件及汽车售后市场。 2)Solid sales capability, excellent interpersonal communication skill. 卓越的销售能力及人际沟通技巧。 3)Excellent English in both written and spoken. 英语口语及书写流利。 4)Strong in strategic thinking and entrepreneur spirit. 具有战略思维模式及企业家精神。
