基本职责Essential

- 严格根据技术要求和设备操作规程使用内圆磨床,Operate the internal grinding machine according to the work instruction strictly.

- 严格按”5S”管理要求进行自我管理Do the locational “5S” management according to the “5S” requirements.

- 严格按设备点检要求对设备进行日常保养和检查, 每根管子磨削完工必须将机床导轨缝隙处打扫干Maintenance the machine according to the work instruction requirements daily by himself. Clean the rail area after every tube finishing work.

- 根据公司生产计划及时高效完成生产任务Finish the production task effectively according to the daily production plan.

- 按ISO9000质量体系要求 及时填写工序记录Fill in the production process record in time according to the ISO 9001 quality system.

- 严格遵守公司的安全规章制度,严禁在禁烟区吸烟Do the things according to the safety regulation of V&M C. No smoking in the forbidden place.

- 及时如实填写交接班记录Fill in the handing over and taking over record actually in time

资质要求Qualifications:

1. 教育背景Education: 中技及以上 Teachnical or above

2. 工作经验Experience: 2年以上机床操作经验/ more than 2 years machine operation experience.
