I. POSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible for accounting on General Ledger, monthly closing, local reporting, taxation and other related jobs

? Handling the accounts on General Ledger
? Reconcile General Ledger and Sub Ledger and correct the deviation
? Run and close monthly books independently
? PRC GAAP reports preparation
? Tax declaration both for state and local taxation
? Liaison with other departments for daily operations


II. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

? Good knowledge of Chinese legislation on Accounting
? Good knowledge of US GAAP
? Good knowledge of Chinese GAAP
? Good knowledge of Chinese tax legislation in the areas, relevant to the company’s business
? Experienced knowledge and skill for relevant areas


III. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:

The job requires a good understanding of the company’s business and of the industry. The experienced knowledge and skill for accounting and taxation are required.

IV. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
The position so far does not supervise any staff. But she/he should have potential to be promoted to high level. This person will be key member as of accounting team.

V. PROBLEM SOLVING:

Systematical approach to resolve the process issues
Working under pressure to resolve the urgent issues related to deadlines and/or requests from authorities.

IX. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

? University graduated or above
? More than 3 years experience in accounting area, GL and monthly closing experience is plus
? Taxation knowledge and skill is required
? Bilingual skill is required, good communication in English
? ERP experience, SAP experience is plus
? Teamwork and under pressure
