职位描述
Missions:
- Optimize & Strengthen the communication with customer for order/forecast
- Provide consensus forecast system to support production and sales
Main Activities:
- Ensure that safety policies are understood and respected within his area of responsibilities
- Collect weekly or monthly forecast from customers' website or EDI.
- Generate weekly or monthly forecast according to historical number, market information, or competitor's feedback.
- Consolidate the weekly forecast together with updated monthly or quarterly sales forecast to generate updated rolling forecast.
- Support sales team to analyze the forecast variance.
- Maintains good communication channel with all customers.
- Present confident forecast to team and minimize the forecast variance.
- Work with logistics engineer to define reasonable safety stock and optimize logistics flow.
- Tracking delivery performance and solve complain from customer.
Competence requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Over 3 years experience in similar function area
- Dedication to safety
- Customer orientation / Team spirit / Decision making / Autonomy
- Openness to new ideas
- Computer literacy (SAP, Excel, Access) - Data analysis
- Data analysis kill and strategic thinking.
- Understand Automotive industry
- Fluent in English and Chinese
Working place: Jiangyin Yuecheng town(We have shuttle bus to JIangyin and Wuxi)
