专业技能要求Technical Skill Requirements:
- 3+ years maintenance working experience in an international manufacturing company
- Good hands-on analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Expert in PLC, familiar with AB PLC is a plus
- Good communication skill in English
- Electrician Certificate preferred
个人素质要求Personal Attribute Requirements:
Level (diploma) required:
- Engineer or equivalent.
Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
- Familiar with PLC, Pneumatic & Hydraulic principle.
- Understanding mechanical and electrical drawings
Languages:
- Fluent Chinese and English
工作职责及内容Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Technical Support Manager, the Maintenance Engineer has the responsibility of maintaining and improving the production and facility machinery at the Autoliv China Propellant (ACP) facility.
- Work with production associates, team leaders and management to identify and prioritize production issues.
- Identify root cause of downtime issues and implement corrective actions
- Lead and/or assist in the creation of technical work instructions, preventative maintenance and other maintenance documents
- Develop preventative maintenance relationships with outside suppliers.
- Track the preventative maintenance schedule
- Support technicians to trouble-shoot machinery failure, identify root cause and implement corrective actions
- Identify improvement opportunities and major machine improvement project management.
- Participate in line design workshops to continuously improve production processes
- Technical involvement on new production line/process before SOP
- Track the using of spare parts and manage safety stock
- Continuous improvement
- Other tasks as assigned
