Tooling/Fixture Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities
? Design the cable process along with the process engineer
? Fixture and tooling design for the cable assembly
? Communicate with the supplier for the tooling and fixture manufacture
? Do the validation for the new incoming tooling and fixture
? Maintain the tooling and fixture in the tooling room.
? Continue to do the improvement for the current process regarding the tooling and fixture.
? Prepare the tooling and fixture documentation

Education and Experiences:
? Academic / Professional qualification: University or higher degree , major in mechanical or automation
? 5 years tooling and fixture experience or above
? Fluent in oral, written, read English.
? Be proficient in database software, Windows, MS-office , Pro-E, AutoCAD.

Specific knowledge & skills：
? Experienced with the manufacturing process of cable product.
? Experienced with the 2D/3D software.
? Experienced with the equipment in the cable assembly.
? Equipment modification capability is preferred.
? Strong in the fixture and tooling design for cable assembly.
? Proficient in statistical method and tools and have good analytical skills
? Engineering know-how of tooling/fixture in cable products is preferred
