Duties and Responsibilities：职责:

Health and Safety：健康/安全:

？ Monitors and advises on workshop safety as to working conditions and practices with respect to safe operations and the control of designated substances

？ Monitors new and revised legislations and remains current with the latest safety requirements学习新法律并保持现有的安全要求符合最新的需求.

？ Investigates significant plant accidents/incidents and recommends and follows up as required 调查重要的工厂事故及按需要建议及跟踪.

？ Reviews all accident/incident reports and provides leadership in developing corrective actions评审所有事故并向管理层提供纠正预防措施.

？ Advises and promotes conformance with all relevant legislations and makes recommendations where appropriate

建议及促进工厂与所有相关立法一致并在适当时建议.

？ Develops and facilitates site specific training programs where necessary

？ Conducts orientation and training as outlined under the appropriate acts and or handbook

？ Liaisons with corporate Health and Safety department for communications and audits and ensures action plan is developed in response to annual safety audits

？ Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the Chinese Safety Production Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook

？ Assists engineering and manufacturing departments with the approval of new equipment and process design

？ Specific accountabilities for safety include, but are not limited to performing regular workplace inspections, conducting safety talks, staff meetings, cell meetings, actively participating in accident/incident investigations, training new employees, identifying and correcting unsafe acts or conditions, identify, correct or commend health and safety performance and conducting performance appraisals for workers’ safety performance.

其它安全的责任包括但不限于: 进行常规工作场所检查, 进行安全会谈, 成员会议, 电话会议, 积极参与事故调查, 培训新员工, 分辨及纠正不安全行为或状况, 分辨,纠正或表扬安全健康的表现及进行员工安全表现评估.

？ Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar with chemical treatment, hazard communication, hazard waste dispose management, emergency response and waste water treatment procedure, and comply with the requirement of the procedure.

接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知化学品处理程序、危害沟通控制程序、危险废弃物处置管理程序、紧急相应程序和废水处理程序，并按体系要求执行。
