Qualifications:任职资格:

l Bachelor Degree; preferably an nurse or medicine Degree/Diploma or minimum 5 years working experience in similar position. Own nurse certificate and pass the senior nurse exam is prefer本科学历毕业,护理或者医学学科,经执业注册取得护士执业证书且至少5年相关工作经验,通过护师考试者优先。

l Strong communication skills both written and oral in English 良好的英文说写沟通技艺.

l Excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills优秀的人际及员工间关系

l Demonstrated ability to develop and facilitate training演示及培训能力

l Knowledgeable of ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards 有ISO14001及 OHSAS 18001知识

Duties and Responsibilities:职责:

1.医务室日常管理/The daily management for nurse room

? 医务室日常门诊:常见疾病的诊治,一般外科伤口清创、包扎、换药The treatment for first aid and normal disease

? 负责医务室的日常运营如:药品及设备购买、盘点等。Be responsible for the nurse room daily operation such as purchase the medicine and necessary equipment.

? 定期统计及分析门诊工作量,并提出合理化改善意见statistic and analysis and provide the improvement action plan for the normal health management in nurse room.

? 日常急救箱管理manage the first aid box at the workshop.

2. 职业病管理 industry hygiene management

? 负责麦格纳项目的职业病危害评价工作 be responsible for the industry hygiene assessment and determine the occupational disease factor for Magna operation

? 协助安排职业病岗位年度体检,并分析体检结果给出改善意见。 Assist to arrange the occupational disease annual physic examination. Provide the suggestion base on the examination result analysis.

? 协助安排职业病岗位人员培训assist to arrange the occupational disease job training required by the government.

? 负责职业病体检报告审核、体检报告整理、体检结果反馈 Be responsible for the occupational disease physic examination reports summary, and feedback the result to the management team.

? 负责职业病人员数据每月整理更新 Be responsible for the occupational disease employee data management.

? 负责职业病人员档案的制作 make the personal files for the employee who works at the occupational disease factor station

3. 工伤管理/Industry injure management

? 工伤的现场处理,妥善安排受伤员工的住院、复诊等工作。When the incident happen, accompany the operator go to the hospital and review the injure status timely.

? 根据麦格纳尽早回归工作程序,和医院医生一起确定员工的合理伤假期及回归工作员工的状态跟踪。

Follow the Magna early and safety return to work, determine the reasonable industry injure leave for the injured employee, and follow up the injure status when they come back work.

? 协助工伤事故的调查assist to the incident investigation.

4. 健康顾问/Health consultant

? 定期举办医学咨询活动timely held the medicine consultant function

? 医务室宣传栏资料制作、管理急救小组、中暑培训及预防 timely update the EHS information board and manage the first aid team,do the heat stroke training and prevent actions.

? 识别相应的国家法律法规,并将着这些条款落实公司的日常管理中。Recognize the health related law and regulation which applied for Magna, and implemented those requirements.

? 审核新人入社体检报告审核并给出专业意见review the new employee physical examination result and provide the suggestion to the related Dept.

· uses or wears the equipment, protective devices or clothing that the worker’s employer requires to be used or worn ;

使用/佩戴雇主要求穿戴的设备, 保护装置或衣服

· Advise a worker of the existence of any potential or actual danger to the health or safety of the worker of which the supervisor is aware;

建议员工任何潜在或实际的危险并使其清楚危害.

· Where so prescribed, provide a worker with written instructions as to the measures and procedures to be taken for protection of the worker; and

提供员工书面指导作为方法及程序以便工人保护.

· Take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances for the protection of a worker.

进行合理的预防措施作为员工的保护

? Specific accountabilities for safety include, but are not limited to performing regular workplace inspections, conducting safety talks, staff meetings, cell meetings, actively participating in accident/incident investigations, training new employees, identifying and correcting unsafe acts or conditions, identify, correct or commend health and safety performance and conducting performance appraisals for workers’ safety performance.

其它安全的责任包括但不限于: 进行常规工作场所检查, 进行安全会谈, 成员会议, 电话会议, 积极参与事故调查, 培训新员工, 分辨及纠正不安全行为或状况, 分辨,纠正或表扬安全健康的表现及进行员工安全表现评估.

? Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar with chemical treatment, hazard communication, hazard waste dispose management, emergency response and waste water treatment procedure, and comply with the requirement of the procedure.

接受ISO14001体系培训,熟知化学品处理程序、危害沟通控制程序、危险废弃物处置管理程序、紧急相应程序和废水处理程序,并按体系要求执行。
