1. Handle enquiries related to transportation, distribution, customs, claims, trade compliance and etc
处理运输、配送、海关、索赔及贸易合约等工作；
2.Contract Management, documentation management ,Responsible for all supplier contracts to ensure that the required legal terms, conditions and cost/services components are in place to meet each department's requirements.
采购合同及文件管理，负责供应商合同的管理，确保合同的合法性，条件和成本符合各个部门的要求；
3. Management of all supply activities resulting from the production program,Monitor sales forecast, stock level and analysis for better stock planning.监控销售预测、分析库存量，以保证库存计划的科学性，依据生产流程制定采购管理计划；
4. Sourcing/Scouting the components on the purchasing market in PRC .
调查、询价配件的采购市场；
5.Supplier identification, evaluation, qualification and follow-up.
供应商的评估、认证、考核和后续业务跟踪；
6.Stock and order management, Cost analysis and reduction of purchasing parts (TCO-approach).
库存和订单管理,采购质量、成本控制和分析；
7.Setting-up and following of purchasing strategies with operation manager; Reporting to the operation manager .
与运营经理共同制定采购策略，并汇报给运营经理。

Qualifications:资质要求
1. Bachelor's degree in Business / Economics / Supply Chain etc.
本科学历，工商、经济管理或供应链专业；

2.5-10 years experience in purchasing &supply chain field,experience in Kngdee K3 system,preferably with purchasing and stock management experience in manufacturing company; 5-10年采购和供应链领域的工作经验，熟悉金蝶K3系统， 有生产型企业采购、库存管理经验；
3.Familiar with importation &export procedure and China Custom regulations;
熟悉进出口流程和中国客户规则；
4.Good at written and spoken English;
良好的英语读写、听说能力。
