Target of the position岗位目标:

· Establish, maintain and continuously improve Company Management System according to ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and HQ requirements;

根据ISO/TS16949， ISO14001，OHSAS18001标准及总部要求建立、维护和持续改进公司管理体系；

·Ensure the quality of delivery product to satisfy customer’s requirements;

保证发货产品质量，满足客户要求；

·Continuously optimize the quality control system, reduce the quality cost to realize company target.

不断优化质量控制系统，降低质量成本，实现公司目标。

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

·Establishing, maintenance and improvement of Company Management Systems

公司管理体系的建立、维护和持续改进；

·Management of the lab, measuring room and SPC room 实验室、测量间和SPC间的规划和管理；

·Managing the monitoring, measurement and traceability of product and process

产品和过程监视、测量及可追溯性的管理；

·Management of nonconforming products不合格品的管理；

·Management of measuring and test equipments 检验和试验设备管理；

·Coordination of 2^nd-party, 3^rd-party and internal Audits协调第二方，三方审核及内部审核；

·Coordination of complaint management to suppliers 管理协调向供应商质量抱怨；

·Management of customer complaint 顾客抱怨管理；

·Support of and cooperation with project teams 对项目组进行支持；

·Training and qualification of quality staff 质量人员的培训及资格认可。

·Definition and coordination of all activities to the implementation and development according to environmental management program按照环境管理体系定义并协调所有的实施和开发活动。

·Definition and coordination of waste management at the location 定义和协调工厂的废弃物管理。

Working Task(details)工作描述:

·Responsible to establish, maintain and continuously improve the company management system, work out annual audit plan, organize internal audit and cooperate in external audit, work out and follow up the company target;

负责建立、维护和持续改进公司管理体系，编制年度审核计划，组织公司内部审核、协调外审；制定和跟踪公司目标；

·Responsible for the management of the lab, measuring room and SPC room, responsible to decide the layout of measure and test conditions; responsible to decide the types, quantities, delivery time of purchasing measure and test equipments and decide the using range and responsibility after device incoming;

拥有实验室、测量间和SPC间的管理职责，负责检验试验条件的规划，决定检验试验设备采购的型号、数量、供货期以及其进货后使用的职责和权限；

·Responsible to manage the inspection activity for all processes. Responsible to supervise if production is in accordance with production condition, evaluate the production process and instruct the start and stop of production, and release the delivery goods;

拥有管理公司各过程检验活动的职责和权限。拥有监督生产是否按照生产条件进行，对生产过程进行评价，指示生产开始和停止，及发出发货许可的职责和权限；

·Responsible to collect and inform the quality information from internal and between group companies;

Leads monthly reporting activities for the following: Scrap & Rework Costs, QS Monthly Report

拥有公司内部以及集团各公司质量情报的收集、通报的职责和权限；组织如下月报告：废品及返修费用，质量月报;

·Responsible for the approval of quality cost and important quality objective;

拥有质量成本、重要质量指标审批的权限和责任；

·Definition and coordination of all activities to the implementation and development according to environmental management program按照环境管理体系定义并协调所有的实施和开发活动。

·Responsible for Assist with the implementation of mistake proofing and continuous improvement

负责支持防错和持续改进的实施；

·Responsible for Supports production processes to reduce scrap and rework costs

负责支持生产过程的废品及返修费用的改进；

·Responsible for Leads lessons learned activities 负责组织实施质量问题的经验教训；

· Responsible for the approval and implementation monitoring of quality report, control plan (including bought-in components, components from suppliers, process control), acceptance agreement, periodical test and type test plan, MSA plan;

负责质量报告、控制计划（外购件、外协件、过程控制）、验收协议、周期试验和型式试验计划、MSA计划的批准与实施监控；

·Responsible to control the inspection of incoming goods, monitoring of in-process products, products audit and products testing;

负责进货产品检查、过程产品监控、产品审核、产品试验的控制；

·Responsible to decide to use the suitable identification, record and retention method to realize traceability of products;

负责确定采用适当的标识、记录和保存方法，实现产品的可追溯性；

·Responsible to review and handle the nonconforming products; Authorizes product deviation requests as needed

负责不合格品的评审及处理；根据需要拥有产品偏差放行的权力；

·Responsible for the management of inspection and test equipment (including maintenance, calibration and MSA), usage of Statistics technique and control of process change;

负责计量管理（包括维护、校准和MSA）、统计技术应用、过程更改的控制；

·Responsible for the implementation requirement and result confirmation of corrective and preventive action;

负责纠正和预防措施的实施要求和结果确认；

·Responsible for the statistics, analysis and solving of customers＇complaints, and approval of its improvement actions;

负责客户抱怨的问题统计、组织分析、解决、及其整改措施的审核；

·Responsible for Coordination of complaint management to suppliers 负责管理协调向供应商质量抱怨；

·Responsible for Support of and cooperation with project teams 负责对项目组进行支持；

·Responsible for the training and qualification of quality staff;

·Responsible to manage the environment of work site etc;

·Be responsible to participate in the evaluation of environment protection when purchase new equipment;

负责购买新设备时参与对环保装置的评估；

·Be responsible to organize the identification and evaluation of the environment aspect within company scope, organize to establish and implement the environmental programme;

负责组织公司范围内的环境因素识别与评价工作，组织制定和实施环境管理方案。

·Be responsible to establish and improve the environment protection related procedure, regulation emergency disposal plan etc.;

负责组织建立并完善环境保护相关的程序、制度、应急预案等；

·Be responsible to organize the obtaining, identifying, implementation of the environment related laws and requirements, and organize to evaluate the legal compliance;

负责组织环境相关的法律法规和要求的获取、识别、实施，并组织合规性评价；

·Be responsible to organize the external monitoring and measure related with environment, such as inspection of waste water, waste gas and noise etc.;

负责定期组织环境相关的外委检测，如废水、废气、噪声监测等；

·Be responsible to monitor the saving of energy and resources and the improvement status, monitor the correct handling of the waste, and organize to calculate and report the environment data to headquarters;

·负责监督能源资源的节约使用和改进，监督废弃物的正确处理，并组织统计及向总部报告环境数据；

·Manage the environment, health & safety event within quality department according to the requirement of company management system.

根据公司管理体系的要求，对本部门环境健康安全事务进行管理。

·Cooperate with production, logistics and quality staffs within company for handling of nonconformity product and improving the production quality; 与公司内生产、物流和质量人员协调不合格品的处理及生产质量改进；

·Cooperating with the customer for the requirements of release new process and product

与顾客协调新过程、新产品的认可要求；

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

·Education: Bachelor or above degree, having good knowledge in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering;

教育背景：本科或以上学历，具备机械工程或汽车工程相关知识；

·Professional experiences: Familiar with the working processes in the production companies, especially in the automotive industry. Familiar with the quality tools in the automotive industry;

专业背景：熟悉生产型企业特别是汽车行业工作流程；了解汽车工业的质量工具；

·Foreign languages and level：Fluent English ability to speak, write and communicate is necessary, additionally German is preferred

语言要求：流利的英语听说读写能力，在此基础上如有德语技能最佳。
