Major Tasks:

1. Management of a continually strive to reduce process variation/improve process capability to ensure maximum efficiency of the plant, consistent product quality and adherence to best practice manufacturing standards

2. Optimizing Plant Performance with the aim of increasing the MPC (Maximum Proven Capacity), the On Time Stream Capacity and Efficiency of the plant or realization of the production plan

3. Management and leadership for all activities/projects to optimize EPDM unit operations.

4. Management monitoring the daily unit performance and work out trend analysis with data from DCS- or Pi-system.

5. Find plant performance bottlenecks and initiate/manage projects to reduce them. Manage technical projects including developing detailed technical work plans; selecting suitable vendors for the various activities or work together with local Site Engineering

6. Establish Project Management Procedures and Statistical Process Control procedures (SPC)

7. Communicate effectively with Operations personnel as well as R&D department to attain objectives and accomplish assigned targets and goals

8. Create and implement a Performance KPI system for the EPDM Plant

9. Responsible for implementation and maintain ISO9001, EH&S programs and RC14001

10. Participate in KEL LANXESS (Changzhou)’s project implementation

11. Good cooperation with other function departments

Requirements:

To be familiar with chemical equipment and chemical engineer experience.

Bachelor degree or above, relevant majority.

5 years’ relevant working experience.

Fluent in English.

Be familiar with SAP and optimization system.

2012年9月，朗盛三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）工厂破土动工。该工厂总投资2.96亿美金，是迄今为止朗盛在中国最大的单项投资。该工厂设计年产能高达16万吨,计划将于2015年投产。

新工厂将会生产优质级的三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）来满足亚洲市场消费者的不同需求。朗盛三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）将以Keltan品牌在市场上销售。
