I. POSITION PURPOSE:

This position is to support Executive GM to run the business smoothly by collect, analyze data, coordinator with line managers.

II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
? Support Strategic Business Process planning, maintaining project management database, etc.
? Support Dafeng operation setup activities and strategy initiatives
? Assist Operational Excellence function in the day to day duties of a project administration with the guidance and direction of theAGCO-Dafeng Executive General Manager
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans and logs, track responses and advise the AGCO-Dafeng project team members and functional heads on any project risks and changes
? Coordinate submittals and procure all project related documents and participate in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as-built documents
? Create and maintain Teamwork sites
? Attend project coordination and other meetings as requested or required
? Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision
? Assist the AGCO-Dafeng Exec. GM in his business in terms of:
1. Tracking of business plans
2. Tracking of ToDo-Lists
3. Preparation of presentations
4. Preparation of meetings
5. Organization of conferences



REQUIREMENTS:

? Bachelor or Master degree with sound skill sets of manufacturing, engineering, finance, Master or MBA preferred.
? Fast-learner with good business senses, analytical thinking, self-motivated, proactive and flexible to learn new things
? Good problem solver and is able to work under pressure
? A good command of English in both writing and speaking
? Proficiency in using Office tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access; knowledge in programming (VBA, etc.)
? Ability to assume responsibility and to interface and communicate effectively with others. Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to work with different teams in a professional manner
? Experience with project management or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
