岗位描述:

1,协助售后经理做好日常售后的服务计划；
2,协调并安排售后服务工程师的售后服务后勤工作（签证，机票，住宿安排，费用报销等）；
3,与国内外客户沟通售后服务计划，并实施；
4,严格按照公司标准服务于客户
5,负责公司售后服务合同及其他文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作。
6，妥善并灵活处理客户的意见及投诉。

7，负责处理售后服务部门需要采购部件的PR
8,与国外客户进行售后服务方面的谈判与沟通

9.其他有关售后服务部门的工作

岗位要求:

1,年龄25~35岁
2,学历：大专以上
3,2~3年的机械方面售后服务工作经验，外企工作背景优先考虑
4,沟通能力强，具有独立解决问题的能力
5,有较强的学习能力,工作认真负责，具备团队意识、敬业精神和良好的职业操守
6,有良好的英语听说读写能力，能与外国客户进行良好的沟通
7,熟悉office办公软件（PPT,EXCEL,WORD等）
