1、负责收集各用户对物料、供应商、客户、仓库、物料清单等基础信息的需求，并完成在系统中的录入工作。
2、负责跟踪用户使用ERP系统的情况。
3、负责反馈系统中存在的功能性问题，与软件供应商协调解决。
4、负责反馈用户对系统功能的需求。
5、负责将异常信息以及待处理单据信息及时通知相应负责人。
6、负责服务器的日常管理与维护，做好数据库的备份，谨防数据丢失。
7、负责解决用户使用ERP过程中遇到的问题，给出解决方案。
8、负责发现ERP数据录入中的异常信息，协调各个部门，找出原因。
9、负责督促各个部门的数据录入工作及时进行。
10、负责检查监督单据录入的正确性。
11、负责ERP系统的功能讲解，确定各个部门的任务分配。
12、负责对新入职员工进行相关的ERP操作的培训。
13、向部门领导及时汇报ERP运行状况，提出合理化建议。
14、完成上级领导交办的其它临时性工作。
15、完成其它与本岗位相关的工作

岗 位 任 职 要 求
1、大专以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验。
2、熟悉公司产品构造、各个部门的职责以及业务运转流程
3、熟练操作电脑，精通所使用ERP系统各个模块的功能。
4、有优秀的沟通协调、学习能力，良好的分析、执行、跟踪能力
5、与企业的经营理念、价值观高度一致，忠诚于公司使命，勇于担当，具有较强的组织观念和团队合作精神。办事公正、有耐心，责任心强。
