Critical accountabilities: 工作职能
1、CRM客户关系管理系统
· Manage CRM to ensure its running and materials saving correctly such as account, customer database.
管理CRM系统，确保其正常运作，资料得到合理保存比如账号，客户数据库等等。
·Analysis and evaluate data in CRM and send out regular reports to managers.
统计和评估CRM数据并向经理们提供常规报告。

2、Color颜色
·Analysis Competitor and market color information.
整理并分析竞争对手和市场颜色信息。
·Sort and send colour panels and measurement to Color R&D center on time.
整理并按时将收集到的样板和测色数据发送给颜色研发中心。
·Be responsible to the distribution of all color documents.
负责所有颜色资料的分发。
·Assist Shanghai Color Service Manager to complete the local color swatch production.
配合颜色服务经理完成本土车色色卡的制作。

3、Marketing Communication市场传播
·Work with product managers to design, launch and manage all marketing tools and material such as leaflet, TDS, poster, promotional gift, website for Sikkens.
和产品经理配合完成市场营销工具的设计，使用和管理，比如宣传页，产品说明书，海报，促销礼品，品牌网站等等
·Design, launch and manage communication tools by cooperation with other staff, such as website, micro-blog, etc.
通过团队合作进行宣传工具的设计、使用和管理，如网站，新闻通讯，微博等。
·Ensure all marketing tools to meet Global Style Guidelines.
确保所有的市场营销工具符合全球指导方针。
·Continuous communication with Cooperate & AP to ensure entire information exchange.
和中国总部以及亚太区保持持续联系，确保信息的及时充分沟通。
·Be responsible to the distribution of all promotion tools.
负责所有行销资料的发放。
·Analysis promotion tools data monthly.
按月分析行销工具的相关数据。
·Manage quarterly dealer promotion gifts process.
管理经销商季度礼品赠送流程。
·Organize and participate with the Sales Team to conduct marketing activities such as VASseminar, training, etc.
组织参与销售团队的市场活动，培训等等。

4、Industry Data Analysis行业数据分析
·Relevant Industry data collection and analysis.
相关行业数据的收集和分析。
·Industry database design, foundation and management.
行业数据库的设计，建立和管理。
·Industry database spreading to managers.
行业数据库对于经理们的分享。

5、Others其他
·Other duties as required.

严格遵守HS&E规范 Requirements:
Educational/Professional Qualifications and Experience: 教育背景/专业技能与履历
·University degree, with at least 2 years marketing/sales experience in paint/ink/plastic industry or pigment manufacturing industry will be a plus.
大学学历，具备至少两年的油漆/油墨/塑料行业或者颜料制造行业的相关市场或者销售经验者优先。
·Skills,Knowledge & Personal characteristics: 技术、认知和个性
1、Basic knowledge of vehicle refinish application. 具备修补漆的应用知识。
2、Active and will to solve problems. 解决问题的积极态度与意愿。
3、Leading products presentation skills. 优秀的产品演示技巧。
4、Good oral and written English. 良好的英语口语及书面能力。
5、Individual computer skills(Word, Excel, PPT , Outlook) and able to learn software of specialized field.良好的计算机操作能力，及应用。
