Job Description工作描述：
1、Participation on Development and Improvement of turbochargers rotor-bearing systems (RBS) performances with the respect of dynamic stability, performance, balancing, vibration control and cost reduction
参与涡轮增压器转子轴承系统的开发和改善，项目流程应遵循动力稳定性、性能保证、平衡性，振动控制把握和降低成本的原则
2、Support Aero Engineers to perform aero- and mechanical-related design/analysis for compressor and turbine stage and components of turbocharger
支持空气动力学工程师开展空气动力学，机械学相关，压缩机，涡轮机的设计，分析以及涡轮增压器零部件等
3、Provide support to Product and Application Engineering as well as Manufacturing Departments on Bearing Systems & Rotor dynamics issues
作为轴承系统和转子动力平衡系统生产部门，提供产品支持和应用工程师支持
4、Perform CFD analyses of flows in any component of turbocharger to reduce loss or provide boundary conditions that are required for thermal-transient analysis
能够对任何涡轮增压器零部件做CFD分析，为顺变电流热量需求提供边界条件来减少损失
5、Support compressor and turbine performance predictions and code calibration
提供压缩机和涡轮机的性能预测和校正标准
6、Contribution on experimental activities related with rotor dynamics technology cell development and qualification test in SGTS laboratory
致力于转子动力平衡技术领域开发和SGTS实验室质量鉴定的实验活动
7、Support aero-performance related tests and prepare test reports
支持空气动力学相关测试，提供测试报告
Qualifications任职资格：
Education background教育背景
1、本科及以上学历，硕士学历优先考虑；
2、Major专业：Mechanical Engineering or relevant 机械、动力学等相关专业
3、Strong background in rotor dynamics, trribology, hydrodynamics, mechanical vibrations, FEA and basic Aerodynamics.
拥有转子动力学、涡轮增压技术、流体力学、机械振动学、有限元分析或基础空气动力学等相关经验优先
4、1 year experience in using CAD softwares-2D & 3D functions，CATIA, Pro-E,
一年以上应用CAD，2D,3D软件，以及CATIA, Pro-E软件应用者优先
