I. POSITION PURPOSE:
Great support to subsidy team as for some technical issues handling particularly responsible testing project on site supervising together with related auditing program handling...

II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:
· Submit technical documents review and managements · Materials correction rate
· Products testing program management · Results for final project conclusion
· Internal communication and kick meeting set up with each related function for subsidy policies reading and tasks instruction · Communication skills observation
· Policy updates and research for subsidy situation
· Management reports asses
· Other tasks ordered by leaders
· Daily action review
·
·




III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:


Better understanding of agriculture subsidy policies and good at technical issuing solving (particularly familiar with testing project - performance / homologation) process and regulations.




IV. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:


Major in agriculture machinery or other related machinery industry. Have experiences in quality and engineering area.





V. PROBLEM SOLVING:
only focus on technical problems solving that should be cooperate with AGCO engineering testing dept together to handle on related testing project and reports issues..





VI. AREA OF IMPACT:
Internal - communicate both DQ with CZ internal engineering / manufacturing / quality dept to work on technical issues.

External - visit official testing station staff ( NJ , HLJ , BJ) to watch out the testing procedure to make it moving on smoothly on time.



VII. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
Qualifications -

1. Major in agriculture machinery preferred in foreign founded company

2. 3-4 years work experiences in engineering or quality dept.

3. Familiar with agriculture subsidy policies and procedure details.

4. Male

5. With the characteristic of undertook work pressure, positive work attitude, problems solving capabilities and eager passion for the job.
