Basic responsibility    

基本职责    

In charge of making process plan for resin (artificial stone) products，solving problem of process, fixtures and technical issues, working out standard of raw materials, process card, WI, guideline for technological quota and other related process files, leading new production development project of resin (artificial stone) products.    

负责人造石类相关厨卫产品的生产工艺规划，解决人造石相关厨卫产品生产过程中的工艺、工装夹具及技术问题，编制原材料标准、工艺流程卡、作业指导书、测算工艺定额、相关的工艺文件资料，及相关人造石类新产品开发项目。        

    

Core task and responsibility    

具体职能：

1. Make production plan for resin (artificial stone) products involving materials, equipment and forming process, which include WI，flow chart, process cards, forms and packaging and so on. And provide training and onsite instruction for workers.

制定人造石水槽等产品所涉及的材料、设备及成型工艺方案，包含：产品作业指导书、流程图、工艺卡片、记录表格、包装规范等标准化作业文件。并对一线员工实施培训及现场指导。

2. Take charge of planning process testing, drawing confirmation, mold verification, testing evaluation.

新产品开发中的工艺试验计划制定，产品图纸确认和模具验收，进行试验小结和评估

3. Provide suggestion on product appearance and structure design at early stage of design, plan process test, evaluate production capacity, confirm mold drawings, organize PFMEA, follow up process and test for QTP/VTP, and carry out improvements.

产品开发初期外观和结构设计提供生产建议，新产品开发中的工艺试验计划制定，实际生产能力的评估，产品模具图纸的审核确认，PFMEA的组织制定，  QTP、VTP的过程跟踪及试验小结，相关改进措施制定实施。

4.  Responsible  for early design review for new order of non-standard resin (artificial stone)  product, cost estimation for product and development, quick response to customers.

产品订单的前期设计评审、产品成本估算、开发费用估算；并快速响应客户报价。                                    5. In  charge of BOM confirmation including material management for sample production,  trial production and mass production.

产品BOM 的确认，包括产品的试制、中试和大批量全过程的物料管理。

6. Responsible  for tool design and production coordination, leading  formula development and optimization for resin (artificial stone) products.

工艺所需工装夹具的设计和协调制作，主导生产所需人造石材料的配方开发及优化。

7. Solve  manufacturing defects problems of new product development and production  including material, process, mold, equipment, etc.

新品开发、及生产过程中产品制造缺陷解决，包含材料、工艺、模具、设备等方面工作。

8. Monitor  onsite production process, provide technical support and solution to quality problems.

现场工艺执行的监督，协助产品生产过程中质量问题的纠正预防工艺措施的制定；

9.Responsible  for production mold, tools, equipment and layout optimization, and assist in improving  quality performance and productivity.

生产模具、工装、设备、料流布局等优化改进的技术范畴工作，协助提高质量合格率和工时效率。

10.Assist  in production for products of specified project and scheduling shifts.

制定指定项目产品的生产计划，协助生产进度的时间排班。

11.Other  duties as may be required.

交代的其他临时性工作。

                                                                

学历及工作经验要求

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Polymer Materials and Engineering, Composite Material and Engineering, or related. Composite Material and Engineering is preferred.

高分子材料与工程、复合材料与工程等相关专业，本科以及以上学历，复合材料与工程专业优先；

2. Be familiar with process and equipment of resin (artificial stone) products, and candidate with experience in process of composite materials or related is preferred.

掌握人造石生产工艺流程和设备，熟悉复合材料等相关新材料生产工艺经验者优先；

3.At least have 3 years of technology and management experience in industry of resin (artificial stone), K&B, mold and assemble of mechanics manufacturing.

3年以上人造石、厨卫制造行业、机械装配、模具等制造行业的技术、管理工作经验；

4.Good at CAD, SolidWorks and Creo, have strong ability of reading and drawing.

熟练使用CAD、SolidWorks、Creo等相关制图软件，有良好的识图、制图能力；

5.Have outstanding communication and training skill, can think clearly and thrive under pressure.

良好的沟通及培训能力，思维清晰，能承受一定的工作压力；

6.Have a good command of written and spoken English.
