1. Manage a team of QC inspector in supporting incoming quality control activities 管理一个QC检验员团队，支持进货质量控制活动
2. Develop incoming inspection plan and criteria and training QC, ensure QC is able to perform it according to SIP. 制定进货检验计划和标准，并对QC进行培训，确保QC能够按照SIP执行。
3. Handle and liaise with internal entity and supplier on material quality related issues 处理与内部实体和供应商有关的材料质量问题
4. Support on new supplier qualification thru supplier evaluation, conduct supplier audit and follow up issues identify with Supplier till closure timely. 通过对供应商的评估，支持新供应商的资格认证，进行供应商审核，跟踪与供应商相关的问题直至及时关闭。
5. Perform Supplier Performance Assessment or Review with report according to plan 根据计划对供应商进行绩效评估或评审
6. Do evaluation and approval on change of supplier and follow up the changing status on time, Also ensure the change can be performed well according to plan. 对供应商的变更进行评估和批准，并及时跟踪变更情况，确保变更能按计划顺利实施。
7. Particpcipate in manufacturing quality improvement program 参与生产质量改进计划
8. Involved in customer audit and ISO activities 参与客户审核和ISO活动
9. Perform other duties assigned by Superior from time to time 完成上级分配的其他工作 任职要求：1.大专以上学历 2.至少2年以上医疗器械制造方面供应商管理经验 3.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。 4.熟悉电脑操作（word and Excel） 5.视力良好，没有色盲，英语听读写良好。
