职位描述
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the existing customers and develop the potential market of KSB Valves products in the industry market (individual territories will be defined by company);
2. Regularly visit and conduct presentation to promote KSB products with end users, EPC, Engineering, design institute and customers with the support of Application Engineers;
3. Achieve sales target for promoted KSB products in the defined area (KPI will be defined every year);
4. To build-up good internal and external sales network and relationship on communicating/support with internal departments and outside customers/agents/DI;
5. Continuously support KSB to increase customer satisfaction of KSB products;
6. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Specifications:
1. Bachelor Degree majored in mechanical engineering, Preferable on fluid machinery;
2. At least 6 years working experience in Sales, especially on valve field or other fluid machinery;
3. Outgoing and willing to travelling with good communication skill;
4. Good command of English both in speaking and writing;
5. Good team player, honesty and integrity, willing to learn new knowledge's;
6. Strong negotiation and influencing skills; Independent.
