A. JOB PURPOSE
Ensures the execution of the sales, expenses and profitability targets established by the sBU for the Customer Accounts in China by developing as well as maintaining profitable, long-term relationships with the designated customers.

C. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs local market research within assigned accounts to identify new business opportunities, analyzing present and future market trends and getting customer feedback in the context of possible further market penetration.
2. Applies the agreed sales strategies / process towards the selected customers; assists BM negotiating and signing local contracts with them.
3. Gain and keep local accounts by maintaining a high profile of communication through visits and conferences in close cooperation with the Business Manager & marketing teams.
4. Develops a Local Account Plan and realize implementation.
5. Plans, monitors, participate in and reports on the execution of the sales activities and projects conducted with regard to the designated customers.
6. Promotes the positive company image and develops long-term relations with the assigned accounts by participating in the customer events.
7. Regularly calls on the assigned existing and potential contacts at all levels to maintain close contact with the assigned accounts.
8. Cascades the information locally to the designated customers on the features and benefits of the available products/services in coordination with the Business Manager and Global Key Account Manager.
9. Assists in the implementation of the sBU solutions within the area of technical services, coordinating with them the new products demonstration.
10. Rolls-out sBU sales process (including, sales process-related knowledge / tools).
11. Regularly and pro-actively informs the local back-office (including, marketing, technical, supply chain and finance) about the necessary sales support level and coordinates their actions towards the assigned customers.
12. Provides information to the sales support areas regarding customers' needs with regard to marketing tools, technical services, new products and demand planning.
13. Participates together with Quality department and National Sales Manager in defining necessary business improvement plans and actions to ensure customer satisfaction and business development within the Accounts
14. Arranges and monitors the quality of the technical support provided by the technical area in handling complex customers' inquiries and in the resolution of their complaints.
15. Monitors overdue and define action plans to minimize financial risk within the assigned Accounts
16. Ensures OI target per assigned account.
17. Meets the standard of Safety, Health and Environment. Additional Information:

1. 3 - 5 years Automotive Industry experience
2. Coatings technology knowledge preferred
3. Sales Experience, particularly hunting and gaining share-successful closer
4. A lot of energy, creative, enthusiastic, high energy
5. Potential to keep growing within the organization (potential to assume a BM position at medium term)
6. Leadership skills
7. Communication skills
8. Flexible person, open-minded.
9. Availailability to travel is required
