Job Responsibilities

• Identifying, communicating, implementing, and maintaining “best practices” and procedures to improve reliability and uptime;
• Manage KPIs to measure maintenance performance and improve effectiveness;
• Continually optimize maintenance methodologies, preventative/predictive programs, work practices to improve safety and efficiency of maintenance work;
• Facilitate immediate response and safe operations to all assets;
• Work with local and company inspectors to demonstrate compliance to specification for pre-engineered equipment;
• Preparation and management of maintenance and capital budgets for plant;
• Manage capital projects to support sustainable operation and business growth;
• Develop multi-skill team and promote teamwork internally and externally;
• Problem solving, diagnostics, troubleshooting initiatives are part of this accountability;
• Responsible for operating utilities such as compressed air, N2 generation, cooling/chilled water, electric, RTO etc;
• Key driver and resource for TPM implementation;
• Key driver and resource for mechanical integrity and facility quality assurance.

    

    

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree majored in Chemical Equipment related;
• More than 10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment;
• More than 5 years' experience in leading Maintenance and Engineering team at a foreign enterprise;
• Experiences of Total Productive Maintenance and Reliability Centered Maintenance;
• Fluent Oral English; skilled in SAP and PM.
