工作职责

1.完成落实营运部门下达的各项工作计划，完成部门制定的工作目标；

2.与客户建立良好的合作关系，进行催款、日常工作的沟通、反馈工作；

3.根据完成所辖项目的不同情况或客户要求有针对性的进行日常工作整改、完善；

4.处理所辖项目中的突发事件、客户投诉，跟踪事件处理结果；

5.制定和落实所辖项目的现场经理、主管、队长的培训计划和日常工作计划；

6.管理所辖项目经营成本控制工作,对与项目有关的各部门资源利用、合同费用支出提出建议

7.传达公司及部门的相关精神并组织各类工作会议；

8.完成上级交办的其他事宜。

岗位要求

1.30-50岁，大专以上学历，行政或物业管理专业，

2.3年以上后勤服务公司管理经验，热爱服务行业，有高度的敬业精神和强烈的上进心；相貌端正，思维敏捷，乐观开朗、谈吐大方；

3.具有较强的组织协调能力、外联及公关能力，能承受高强度工作压力；

4.良好的英文听说读写能力，能直接与外方沟通;

5.受过消防、物业管理培训

Job Description:

Job duties

1. Implement work plans of operation department, accomplish the OPS formulating goals;

2. Establish and maintain a good relation with client, carry our the service payment 、daily communication and feedback between employer and clients

3. Correct or brace the daily work according to the actual situation of different territories or clients’ requirement.

4. Deal with abrupt events、complaints and trace the relative results to guarantee the satisfaction with our service;

5. Develop and overlook the implementation of the work plans and training programs for site manager、team leader、monitor;

6. Control the daily operation cost of different projects and give feasible suggestions about the usage of every department’s resources and contracts expense; such as the smooth cooperation with financial department、HR department、Sales department..

7. Convey the related policies and communicate with employees or clients by organizing meetings;

8. Accomplish the temporary issues on the operation supervisor’s demand;

Job requirement

1. 30-50 years old, college graduate, majored in ADM or property management

2. Minimum 3 years experience of logistic management or professional service company, would like to work on service Industry, with good working sprit、aspiration、good appearance and presentation, quick thinking, be optimistic and eloquent.

3. With good organization and cooperation ability, good interpersonal and external skills, can undertake pressure;

4. Good English, can fluently communicate with foreign colleagues.
