Key Accountabilities 主要职责

  

• Provide critical and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the KCP China Managing Director.

• Provide translation services to KCP China Sales/Marketing leader (expatriate) as needed, including domestic travel within country to perform translations during critical client/customer visits.

• Develop agenda and coordinate complex events, e.g. annual conference, distributor meetings.

• Coordinate Senior Executives’ visits to China, including visit agenda, lodging, logistics, banquets etc.

• Handle complex travel arrangements including long-haul travel arrangements and travel visa applications.

• Attend key meetings with the Managing Director, take meeting notes and ensure timely and proper follow ups.

• Assist to lead and manage assigned functional or administrative projects when required.

• Interact with all departments to meet Kimberly-Clark business objectives.

• He/She would also ensure Corporate Compliance Policy, Safety and Security Policy are adhered at all times.

• Any other support and administrative assistance.

                  

Requirements任职资格:

  

• Excellent verbal and written English language capability.

• Bachelor degree or above.

• Ability to handle confidential matters professionally and sensitively.   

• Strong sense of urgency and experienced in managing demanding projects with tight deadlines.

• Adaptable, proactive exercise initiatives.

• Confident, driven self-starter, able to work independently with minimal or without supervision.

• Proficient in the MS Office suite.

• Able to communicate and work with all levels in the organization.
