Job Description工作描述:
? Work together with management team to setup and own procurement system
与管理团队共同合作建立自已的采购系统
? Lead a group of buyers. Define role & responsibilities for each position in such a way that the productivity of the group will be always maximized

? Establish and continue improving the procurement process so that each one of them must be efficient, effective and robust.
建立并不断改进采购流程,每个成员必须是高效、有效而稳健的。
? Establish supplier data base. Deeply involve in the qualification of suppliers. Work closely with Finance, Engineering and Quality. Ensure all processes are subjected to the national and local tax laws and will be able to pass government and internal audit any time.
建立供应商数据库,深度了解供应商的资格认证情况,与财务、工程以及质量部门密切合作,确保所有程序都符合国家与地方税法并且能在任何时间通过政府的内部审核
? Perform annual budgeting and track the expenses to ensure the budget and business goals are met by the end of the corresponding year
执行年度预算,跟踪支出,确保预算与业绩目标达到当年的指标
Qualifications任职资格:
Education background教育背景
? 4 years college education in mechanical or similar engineering
4年制大专或本科机械或者相关工程学专业
Work experience:工作经验
? At least 3 years industrial goods procurement experience. Understand import/export process and related regulatory
至少有3年以上工业产品采购经验,了解进出口流程以及相关规章
? 3 -5 years work experience in manufacturing/quality (Preferred on Casting, Machining, Powder Metal, Stamping, Forging, Rub & Plastics) 3-5年以上在制造与质量专业的经验(有铸造、机加工、金属材料、冲压、锻造、橡胶件与塑料件)
? Have experience in supervising a group of buyers
有管理采购员方面的经验
? 6-Sigma Green Belt
6西格玛绿带
? Experience with big international company is a plus
有在大型跨国企业工作经验优先
? PC sufficient & QAD (or other equivalent) experience
精通电脑与QAD(或其他同等)的经验
