Responsibilities:
- To support products transfer from Germany to China.

- To prepare working instruction for production.

- To maintain process routing in system.

- To develop tool/jig for new product development
- To solve process problems and support sample building, material evaluation.
- To drive continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.
- To provide technical supports for other teams.

Requirements:
- Above 2 or 3 years experience in Cable Assembly manufacturing industry.
- Experience in cable assembly process for industry/wire harness is preferable.
- Familiar with the process of over-molding, soldering, crimping is preferable.
- Capability of using computer.(AUTOCAD, MS software etc.)
- Capability of communication in English.
