Position: Accounting manager
Location: Wujin Economy Development Zone, Wujin district, Changzhou (常州)
Job Description:
1)Take care of month_end closing
2)Organize the month-end stock taking at a high standard
3)Support costing supervisor smoothly to complete the G/L
4)Review the cost data, to ensure the cost data is on consistent basis
5)Prepare the annual budget, including operational budget, capex budget
6)Conduct analysis of comparison of budget vs.actual,and give a highlight and commentary
7)Take care of monthly tax return / declaration (每月报税), to ensure meet the deadline, not delay
8)Prepare cash flow forecast, and effectively monitor and control cash flow, to ensure the proper liquidity to support the business operation
9)Ensure all the accounting vouchers are properly, timely filed
10)Enhance the effective internal control circumstances within the company, to ensure Changzhou plant can pass the annual internal audit
11)Contact and coordinate the outside annual audit by Deloitte, to definitely make sure no problem to pass Deloitte audit
12)Work with insurance company, to definitely ensure the proper and adequate coverage is insured by the proper insurance company, to make sure a proper risk controlling
13)Review the quotation to customers, to make sure the quotation is proper
14)Communicate and team work with Singapore headquater, as well as operation team in Changzhou
15)Contact and coordinate with outside organizations, such as tax bureau, customs, bank, SAFE(外管局)
16)Other assignment when necessary

Requirement for this position:
1)College or university graduated, majored in accounting, tax, finance
2)Around 8-15 year experience in accounting
3)Experience gained in plant, at least 5-years in plant
4)Currently the candidate is finance manager or accounting manger
5)Experience gained from European or US company or Singaporean company
6)Able to understand English financial report, able to speak English fluently
7)Experience in ERP set up is a plus, Experience in Microsoft Dynamic AX is a plus
8)Candidate immediate available is preferred
9)English level: at least able to prepare the financial report in English,better can speak
