职位描述1.Establish and implement Staffing Plan including existing recruitment channel evaluation and analysis, overall staffing plan and implementation, etc.
2.Identify and continuous manage in-country staffing partners/vendors including but not limited to recruiting website, executive search firm, newspaper, etc.
3.Establish China talent database and update on a regular basis
4.Review, refine and implement corporate strategic staffing process for China
5.Establish orientation process for all managerial and above positions
6.Implement performance review & development plan for all managers in commercial organization
7.Forecast regional staffing needs whenever necessary
岗位要求:
1.Bachelor degree
2.At least 8 years HR experiences including no less than 5 years recruiting experience in multinational companies.
3.Bi-lingual, high command of English both in written and oral
4.Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably Master degree in HR Management
5.Excellent communication skills and negotiations skills
6.Able to work with senior level management and under work pressures
7.A Team player
