*Responsibilities
1.Customer satisfaction
- Customer interface
- Receive & review forecast, PO from customers
- Load forecast and order into ERP system
- Review with internal planner for the committed delivery dates for the customer orders
- Feedback the delivery schedule to the customers
- Escalate & address issues when there's potential risks on delivery per the commit date
- Update shipping info on some of the customers' online system
- Monitor & review On Time Delivery performance
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey
- Maintain customer info including selling price & etc in system
- Coordinate with Sales & Engineering team on the customer Sample and Prototype
2.Value creation
- Work with Sales team trying to optimize the communication,ordering, delivery ...process for the customer
- Analyze the forecast demand evolution and report the potential inventory exposure and coordiante with Sales for claim to the customer
3.People development
- Participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
- Participate in improvements projects and GPS initiative
4.Citizenship
- Adhere to government & company rules & policy
5.Other tasks assigned by the manager.

*Essential
1. Good verbal & written communication in English
2. Advanced PC skills with emphasis on spreadsheet skills
3. Extensive knowledge & hands on experience on ERP system
4. Attentions to details
5.Knowledge of the Lean manufacturing tools like: Kanban, Jeijunka (production smooth ), and desirable in value stream map /Good understanding of JIT philosophy/ERP concept understanding and desirable experience on them
6.3 years' College Graduate
7.At least 3 years' experience in planning and/or customer service position
8.Planning and/or customer service in similar manufacturing industry is a preference
