Responsibilities:
1.Customer satisfaction
- Plan & coordinate daily shipping activities
- Follow up closely on shipments to ensure the uninterrupted flow of logistics to support the smooth prouduction
- Ensure OTD to the customers meeting company & corporate goal
- Execute logistics price and terms & conditions that are negotiated & agreed and ensure adherence
- Help track & improve the forwarders' performance and provide inputs to the SCM
- Communicate with internal/external customers & resolve issues independently & escalate issues appropriately.
2.Value creation
- Help optimizing the logistics route
- Help monitor the shipping costs and provide ideas on cost down
- Participate in GPS activities
3.People development
- To participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
- To participate in improvements projects
4. Citizenship
- Use the environment friendly or certified/treated packaging materials to handle and transport the products.
- Understand China customs regulations and make sure our full compliance as well as our brokers/forwarders
5.Other tasks assigned by plant manager."
