Job responsibilities (main tasks) / 工作职责：
- 分析和解决客户现场CORN反馈产品质量问题；Analyze and Solve in CORN System as “clarifier” , Product quality complaint from customer.
- 准备和组织本地CORN会议,协同全球CORN 会议；Prepare and organize local CORN Meeting, and assist Global CORN Meeting. .
- 组织Cause Analyse会议，和其他部门专家共同找出解决方案，并推动产品质量改进；Lead Cause Analyze meeting and organize solution in cooperation with other dep. specialist, address to Ex-works.
- 持续跟踪重大问题解决直到完成，在CORN会议上展示给相关者Follow up status of key problem solving on CORN meeting and service meeting. Plan Do Check Act-Problem Solving
- 领导现场改造方案和实施，Lead Field Modification implement.
- 准备月度保修费用报告,关注问题解决周期；Prepare monthly reporting of warranty cost. Guarantee Cost vs. Machines Time Till Problem Solving.
- 现场测试组织和监督Field Test organization and monitoring
- 支持研发部门风险分析Support Risk Analysis New design
- 和PDE,Planning准备红色文件夹模板；Prepare Red folder with PDE
- 创建服务文件；Create the service info.
- 处理客户返回零件；Handle the return parts, scrapt or repairing.

Job qualifications/任职条件：
- 本科或以上；College or above
- 电气/机械/纺织工程相关专业Mechanic /Electric / Textile / Engineering Technical Background
-Above 5 years working Customer Complaint handling or Quality or Design experience in mechanical manufacturing industry有5年以上机械制造行业客诉处理，质量或设计工作经验 ；
- Knowledge of Rieter Spinning Machinery is preferred 有立达纺纱机器经验优先；
- Lead a team above 3 years;带领团队3年以上
- 团队合作Team Player
- 英语读写流利；English Spoken and Writing well
- office 办公软件MS office
- 熟悉SAP 尤佳SAP is a plus
- 工作主动；Active
- 有责任心；Responsibility
- 乐于学习；Able to learn

Rieter Textile (Shanghai) Co. Ltd is a wholly owned production subsidiary of Rieter Textile Division. It locates in the Hongqiao Development zone in Shanghai.

Rieter Changzhou Textile Instruments Co., Ltd (Rieter Changzhou) is a wholly owned production subsidiary of Rieter Textile Division with total investment of 93,000,000 Euro. We have our own Machining, Sheet Metal, Electrics and Assembly departments. The products assembled and produced in changzhou sold successfully to domestic and global markets. In 2008, Rieter Changzhou invested more than RMB35,000,000 to buy a new land which is 116,000 m2 for the enlargement of portfolio and the first phase have finished at the end of 2011.
