Design & deliver a competitive product portfolio based on the Brand Foundation Tools for assigned regional product category

Optimize the product portfolio by actively managing new SKU creation & obsolete / slow moving SKUs, define Pricing Strategy & maintain Price / Performance Mapping against key competitors for products within assigned product category

Develop Category Foundations for assigned product category

Partners with R&D to develop and manage product competitiveness scorecards in conjunction to ensure consistent delivery of product PODs & POPs

Partners with Segment Marketer to identify and develop selling stories to maximize POD’s for specific market segment applications

  Lead the development & execution of detailed product commercialization plans for innovation, renovation, BFS & LCM projects for the Cluster

Partner with Commercial Excellence team to build capability of sales organization in assigned product categories to improve sales closure rates

Strong business & organizational acumen – understanding of market dynamics, P&L management & commercial mindset etc.

Product & portfolio management including managing projects through gate processes

Strong understanding of brand & category foundational tools

Strong analytics skills

Able to make tough, informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track

Able to navigate and perform in ambiguous circumstances

Presentation skills and strong at lecture delivery
