工作职责:

1. Provide technical support in various stages of pilot and commercial-scale manufacturing of API/intermediates through design, selection, assembly, evaluation and troubleshooting of process and equipment

在各个中试以及商业化规模的原料药或中间体的生产过程中提供技术支持，包括工艺流程设计、设备选型、组装、评估、疑难排解等

2. Work with R&D and Engineering teams to introduce, develop and implement innovative technology for API/intermediates production and processing, especially in fields of flow chemistry production

与研发和工程部合作引进、开发及执行崭新的原料药或中间体的生产及处理技术，尤其是用在流体化学生产

3. Determine and advise on optimum process conditions and equipment operating parameters based on process requirements in different projects

根据不同项目的工艺要求，测定并建议最优的流程运行条件和设备操作参数

4. Assist to purchase, qualify, maintain and manage pilot to commercial-scale API production equipment(continuous manufacturing equipment is preferred), ensuring that they are in good condition and conform to GMP and safety standards

协助采购、验证、维护和管理中试以至商业化规模的原料药或中间体生产设备（连续化生产设备为优），确保设备状态良好，并符合GMP及安全标准

5. Communicate with clients and other internal stakeholders to understand and satisfy their needs on API production

与客户和公司研发部门保持良好的沟通，以理解并满足他们对原料药生产的需求

任职资格:

1. College degree, bachelor degree or master degree in chemical engineering, chemical process & chemical machinery or other relevant discipline

化学工程、化学工艺及化工机械及其他相关专业，本科或硕士学历

2. 2+ years research or industrial experience in pharmaceutical, chemical or other related industry; oversea study, research and working experience is definitely an advantage

2年以上化学、制药或其他相关工业生产放大工作经验; 有海外工作、留学或研发经验者优先

3. Familiar with API manufacturing process and/or common chemical unit operations

熟悉制药生产工艺及/或常见化学单元操作工艺

4. Solid knowledge or experience in flow chemistry/continuous production is an advantage

有流体化学/连续化生产专业知识或经验为佳

5. Familiar with GMP operation is preferred

6. Good oral and written communication skill in English and Mandarin

具备良好的英文和普通话口语和书写能力

7. Proficiency in MS office, MS Visio, AUTOCAD; Good in ASPEN Plus and Fluent
