1. Providing leadership and direction to suppliers in the development of strategic plans that are aligned with company requirements.

2. Develope qualified and reliable suppliers in conjunction with Quality Assurance, and Operations.

3. Manage all inter-company projects, purchase orders, while working cross-functionally with all departments in order to meet the wide variety of needs for the entire organization.

4. Manage and good plan component inventory levels both at Supplier and internal to support inter-co projects.

5. Optimize the standard procedures for supplier development, qualification, evaluation and management.

6.Development of saving potentials and implementation of process optimization to reduce cost and optimize supply chain.

7.Collaborate with QA , and other departments as required.

8. Other duties may be assigned by manager.

Skills Required：

1.Colleagues or Bachelor degree,

2.At least 5 years experience in international purchasing/production function. This experience should be within a Manufacturing Environment, and in similar Global Sourcing Org.

5.Experience creating purchasing strategies & negotiating contracts/supplier agreements while providing the best possible value to the organization.

6.Ability to acquire and evaluate data, and conduct cost/pricing analyses.

7.Cooporate with each department and implement and follow strictly the company regulations.

8.Good negotiation and commercial skills,Ability to listen effectively and communicate openly.

9.Good Command of English.

10.Be familiar with IATF16949 related Laws and regulations.

11.Ability to multi-task
