1、参与制定并实施区域市场销售策略和预算，主要针对面向澳洲与日本市场的客户，增加公司销售量与利润；
Join to develop the budget and lead the implementation of regional market sales strategies and activities, primarily for Australian and Japanese markets, to increase sales volumes and profits.
2、识别、拜访和开发潜在客户，与现有或潜在客户保持良好关系；
Identify, visit and develop potential clients, and maintain good relationships with existing or potential clients.
3、参与投标，赢得新客户；
Participate in bidding to win new clients and business.
4、提供销售数据分析报告、日常报表分析，为公司战略制定提供数据支持；
Provide sales data and reports analysis, to support company business development strategies.
5、收集、分析竞争对手商务信息，商务布局，为公司决策提供支持；
Collect and analyze competitors' business information and planning, to support company decision-making.
6、预测未来市场并提出对应的发展方案；
Forecast market trend and propose development solutions.
7、服从工作安排，定期反馈销售进展、汇报日常工作。
Follow work arrangements, regularly report sales progress and daily work.
任职资格：
Requirements:
1、10年以上国际供应链、国际采购的物流服务、货代服务销售经验，参与过国际物流服务招、投标工作；
Minimum 10 years of sales experiences in international supply chain and international procurement logistics services and freight forwarding services. Experiences in international logistics service bidding.
2、有客户资源者优先，尤其超市、零售、服装、快消、电子行业优先；
Customer resources are preferred, especially in supermarkets, retailing, apparels, fast-moving’s and electronics industries.
3、具备国际第三方物流公司的销售管理经验优先；
Experiences in sales management with international 3PL is preferred.
4、具备商业敏感性、良好的业务及数据分析能力；
Business acumen, good business and data analysis capabilities.
5、具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；
Excellent resource integration and business advancing capabilities.
6、具有很强的人际交往与沟通能力；
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7、具有较强的求知欲、积极踏实的工作态度，优秀的学习能力，良好团队合作精神；
Strong desires for knowledge, positive work attitude, excellent learning ability and good team working.
8、熟练的英语口语与书面表达能力。
Proficiency in spoken and written English.

9、澳洲人或者澳洲的华裔优先考虑。

Australian or Australian Chinese are preferred.

10、办公可以在上海或者在墨尔本。
