职位描述
1）理解公司的战略规划和事业部的市场发展策略，收集、分析及更新目标细分市场的动态，分析竞争对手与索迪斯的优劣势。
2）负责苏南和浙江地区的业务开发，按质按量完成年度销售业绩目标。
3）在客户关系管理系统中更新业务进展情况、竞争对手情况和市场动态。
4）拓展目标客户，完善目标市场客户关系网络和行业网络。
5）通过营运点参观、客户现场勘察、合同谈判等方式识别客户需求并有针对性的设计商业服务方案。
6）精心设计和准备服务方案和展示，确保内容和条款的准确。
7）能够管理具有中等规模的地区业务。
岗位要求：
1）大专以上学历，3年以上业务拓展经验，服务行业销售经验优先考虑；
2）良好的商业敏感度，优秀的分析总结能力；
3）优秀的沟通协调能力，和客户管理能力；
4）具备一定的创新能力和开拓思维；
5）熟练使用办公操作软件，良好的PPT演示能力；
6）良好的英语听说读写能力；
7）此岗位工作地为上海或苏州
