Job Purpose/key objective 工作内容/ 主要目标
· Making plans of market/sales strategy to achieve Sales goals. 制定市场和销售计划并完成目标
· Seeking opportunities of the growth business by performing markets survey, identifying customers’ needs. 通过市场调查、识别客户需求,寻找业务增长的机会
· Manage and maintain the Distribution Channels 管理和维护销售渠道
· To cooperate with the technical representative to establish and retain the good relation with customer 与技术代表配合同客户建立良好的合作关系
· To collect the information and share with the company 收集信息,互通有无
Critical accountabilities: 主要职责
· Making plans to visit and develop new customers with distributors 与分销商一起制定计划拜访和开发新客户
· Effectively manage/monitor distributors to achieve annual sales target. 有效的管理和监督代理商完成年度销售目标
· Feed back market information/trend, competitor’s movement and their sales activities. 反馈市场信息和趋势、竞争对手动态及其销售活动
· Coordinate with logistic department about dealer’s order, production/delivery schedule. 与公司物流部门协调分销商的订单、生产和订货计划。
· The customer relation 客户关系 o Maintain the customer relation 保持良好合作关系 o Communicate with customers and timely handle the problems put by customers. Keep good cooperation with customers to ensure the smooth development of company business. 协调与客户之间的沟通,并及时处理客户提出的问题,保持和客户间良好的合作关系。保证公司的业务顺利开展。 o Communicate customer feedback to company related department 收集并传达客户的反馈信息给公司的相关部门
Requirements:
Educational/Professional Qualifications and Experience: 教育背景/工作经历
1. College graduate or above with major in chemical engineering, chemistry or marketing. 大专及以上学历,化工、化学或市场营销专业。
2. Three years above sales experience in coatings or related field is required 3年以上的涂料和相关领域销售经验
3. Greatly Understanding products knowledge and industrial requirements. 对专业知识和工业客户需求有良好的理解
4. Relevant sales experience in Bus, Construction Equipment, or other industrial business is preferred. 有大巴、建筑设备、或其他工业品行业销售相关经验优先。

· Accept High intensive travel domestically 国内出差频繁
· Team work 团队工作
· Independent working capability 独立作业
· Good command of English 良好的英语应用能力
