Responsibilities/Tasks

职责/任务

1.Maintain existing ERP system and offer technical support to the users; Offer technical support to company’s website.

维护现有的ERP系统，并为其用户提供技术支持；为公司网站提供技术支持；

2.Maintain company’s network servers like file server, application server and domain controller.

维护公司的各类网络服务器，如文件服务器、应用服务器和域控制服务器；

3.Internal e-mail system outlook maintenance such as user creation/deletion, group assignment and troubleshooting.

内部e-mail outlook系统的维护，例如用户帐号的建立/删除、组成员的分配以及相关问题的发现和解决；

4.Daily routine of LAN administration including user account management, authorization, security, and file system management; Ensure the security of all the desktops and servers; System patching and managing anti-virus software.

日常的局域网管理工作，包括用户帐号管理、授权、安全和文件系统管理；确保所有桌面系统和服务器的安全；系统漏洞修补和防毒软件管理；

5.Purchase IT hardware, accessories and OA appliance as required.

按要求订购IT相关的硬件、耗材和办公自动化设备；

6.Offer technical support to end users including PC software and hardware installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and remote technical support.

为公司最终用户提供包括PC软硬件安装、维护、问题发现与解决、远程用户协助方面的技术支持；

7.Guarantee the availability of telecommunication service with outside.

保证公司与外界的电讯服务的畅通；

8.Carry out the system/data backup according to the requirements of DRP.

按灾难恢复计划的要求对数据和系统进行备份；

9.Popularize basic IT skills for all employees. Provide relevant training and education.

向所有的公司员工普及基本的IT技能，提供相关培训和教育。

Education background, relevant professional skills

岗位所需学历及相关专业技能

1.College degree or above with major in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or related disciplines.

计算机科学、计算机工程、信息技术或相关专业大专或大专以上学历；

2.At least one year working experience in IT user support and network administration. Basic knowledge and skills on TCP/IP based network.

从事网络管理和IT用户支持一年以上；拥有管理基于TCP/IP网络的基本知识和技能；

3.Good knowledge and hands-on experience on Windows platform (Windows 2000/2003 server, Windows 2000 pro/Windows XP), Lotus Notes, Active Directory and Norton Anti-virus Corporate Edition.

对Windows平台（Windows 2000/2003 server, Windows 2000 pro/Windows XP）、Lotus Notes、活动目录和Norton Anti-virus企业版有丰富的知识和实践经验；

4.Familiar with IT products selection and purchase.

熟悉IT产品的选择和采购；

5.Programming capability for general computer languages.

一般计算机语言的编程能力。
