Responsibilities/Tasks

职责/任务

1.Manage the server hardware and software deployment and upgrade; Manage the Active Directory’s group policy and structure on windows 2000 server.

管理各类服务器软件和硬件的部署和升级；管理Windows2000 server上活动目录的结构和组策略；

2.Handle new network infrastructure planning, design and implementation; Network device configuration and WAN connection management.

负责新建网络基础设施的规划、设计和实施；网络设备的配置和广域网链接的管理；

3.Feasibility study of adopting SAP as the ERP system and developing OA system based on existing Domino/Notes platform.

对于采用SAP作为ERP系统和在现有Domino/Notes平台上开发办公自动化系统进行可行性研究；

4.IT Technology evaluation; Advise management on application/system development and latest technology options; Software and hardware procurement consulting/evaluation.

IT技术的评估；对应用程序/系统的开发和最新可选用技术向管理层提出建议；对软件和硬件的采购提供咨询和评估；

5.Analysis of users' requirement on information system. Organizing the new system/application planning, testing and deployment.

分析用户对信息系统的需求；组织对新系统/应用程序的规划、测试和部署；

6.Responsibility in ensuring high availability and security of all IT systems, services and networks; DRP review and revision; accountable for the change management process.

确保所有IT系统、服务和网络的安全及高可用性；灾难恢复计划的复查和修订；负责变更管理流程；

7.Responsible for IT budgeting, IT resource allocation and asset management.

负责IT的预算，IT资源的合理分配和资产管理；

8.Create or carry out IT policies, procedures and guidelines. Optimize and document IT processes.

建立或贯彻IT的政策、处理模式和指导方针；记录并优化IT业务流程；

9.Coordinate with BU/BG IT to ensure that the development of local IT is align with HQ IT directives and policies.

与BU/BG IT保持协调，确保局部IT的发展与总部整体的信息技术指导方针一致；

10.In charge of the planning/organizing of IT training for staffs. IT related training for new employees.

负责计划组织员工的IT培训；新员工IT相关方面的培训；

11.Constitute working processes & behavior code, regulation and encouraging rules in own Dept.

负责建立和制定本部门的管理文件，如行为规范、规章制度及激励机制。

Education background, relevant professional skills

岗位所需学历及相关专业技能

1.Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.

计算机科学、计算机工程、信息技术或相关专业本科以上学历；

2.At least 3 years working experience in the IT/IS department of multinational companies with minimum 1 year in IT management position.

至少在跨国公司的IT/IS部门工作满三年，其中至少一年处于IT管理岗位；

3.In-depth knowledge in Microsoft OS (Windows NT/2000 server), networking concepts/devices, office automation applications, current hardware/software technology and the trend of information technology evolution; CCNA certification is a must.

对微软操作系统（Windows NT/2000 server）、网络设备和概念、办公自动化应用、现时的软硬件技术和未来信息技术的发展方向有深入的了解；必须通过CCNA认证；

4.Have rich experience of information management and service support.

在信息管理和服务支持方面有丰富经验；

5.At least one year working experience on technical support for ERP system; or at least one year experience on database management; Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

从事ERP的技术支持一年以上；或有数据库管理经验一年以上；最好了解SAP；

6.Experience of project management; Problem solving skills.

有项目管理经验和问题解决能力；

7.Good command of English, both spoken and written; CET-4 or above.

英文书面和口头良好，CET-4以上。
