Responsibilities:
1. Organize to prepare EHS rules and procedure, participate to prepare and review EHS specification, and training operator and monitor
2. Know system files of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 requirements
3. Collect information of company and government EHS requirements and regulations
4. Give technical support to specify for new construction, machinery or processes to determine if all EHS precautions have been included
5. Take EHS orientation training to New coming employees and monitor cell supervisor training to EHS in shop floor
6. Daily safety audit,ensure the safety& healthy status for the staff
7. Develop EHS training program and deliver EHS training session
8. Work with production to participate incident investigations and preventative/corrective actions
9. follow up EHS target, indicate and management plan, work with relevant department implementation department to take correct action for abnormal situation and follow up
10. Take charge of preparing emergency response plan, Evacuation/rescue drill and regularly organize
11. Management of disposal and transit of scrap process
12. Management of distribution of PPE for production
13. Management of the fire fighting apparatus
14. Keep good relationship with government authority


Requirements:
1.? Minimum of degree or equivalent in science degree in a related EHS technical field.
2.? At Least three years experiences in EHS field.
3.? Good written/verbal English communication skills
4.? Good interpersonal skills
5.? Independently capable of managing cross lean team
6.? Proficient in MS office
7.? ISO14000 certificate
