Job description:

The main tasks for the job are: to be responsible for logistic management, and to manage daily warehouse and delivery operations of the company.

Main responsibilities:

· Take overall responsibility for logistic management; formulate and implement supply chain strategy

· Develop, manage and optimize logistic procedures and systems

· Lead daily warehouse and delivery operations to ensure delivery safety, accuracy and on-time to customer

· Supervise and develop service level and performance on 3rd party logistics venders for acceptable service and cost down

· Plan, establish and keep track of the schedule, delivery and quantity of orders

· Collect and handle feedback/complaints for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement

· Build and update related database

· Make reports/cost summary and analysis/ stock analysis/ vendor performance review, etc. for top management review

· Coordinate with related departments to support sales plan and demands

· Report to Managing Director China & Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification:

· University degree or above in related field

· Good level of English and German is an advantage

· Rich experience in logistic management

· Familiar with warehouse management and logistic procedures

· Experienced in dealing with 3rd party logistics venders

· Familiar with ERP System (such as SAP system) preferred

· Familiar with transportation channels

· Good knowledge of import and export trading

· Logical and analytical thinking

· Good problem solving ability

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Strong sense of responsibility

· Good leadership skill

· Loyal and stable
