Position Description:

Maitain and improve existing business to meet or exceed the plan.

维护和改进现有的业务，达到或超过销售计划。

Develop and drive new business/projects growing in territories.

开发区域内的业务和项目，保持增长。

Report market information.Monthly sales and order entry forecast and monthly key activities.

汇报市场情况，月度销售和订单预测，月度销售行为。

Manage all aspects of the sales process (answering inquiries,pricing,negotiating,enter sales order, and liasion with Praxair financial development in Shanghai for credit control and invoicing)

管理销售过程的各个方面，包括回答咨询、价格、谈判、录入销售订单，并和上海的财务部门联系，关于信用管理和发票的事宜。

Collect market, product and competitor intelligence.

收集市场、产品信息及竞争对手的情况分析。

Accurately forecast and track progress against revenue quatos.

根据收入配额准确预测和跟踪。

Position requirements and Education:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer or Meterial Science 本科学历，机械工程或材料科学专业

Sales experience in industrial products.具有工业产品销售经验

Competency Requirements:

Thermal spraying background is an advantage. 有热喷涂行业背景优先

3 years experience in an intermational company is a plus. 3年以上国际性公司销售经验者优先考虑

Customer oriented. good communication/negotiationskill. 客户导向，沟通、谈判、协调能力强

Time management. 良好的时间管理能力

Good spoken and written communication. 良好的沟通能力

Ability of communication in English.具备一定的英语沟通能力

Good technical study ability and be familiar with responsible products. 具有良好的学习能力，对于销售的产品十分了解

Convenient on business trip（3-4 days weekly） 可以经常出差，每周大概3-4天

Position Justification：

This position is need to keep growing GEM sales by expanding sales territory(China North region) and new application development.

注意：

此工作主要负责华北区域的销售，主要工作地点在天津。
