1.Identify the products and markets which take advantage of strength of the company;
2.market survey and explore the potential opportunity; research and provide vital prospecting information on new customers;
3.develop new customers in targeted territory and industries, to establish the future growth;
4.maintain the existing customer relationship to gain continuous growth, secure higher shares among the procurement, boost the sales with higher margin products to reach the EBIT target;
5.coordinate with customer service department to ensure quick and on time delivery; work closely along with QA when there was quality issues and solve problems in an effective and timely manner;
6.ensure timely payment collection from the customers;
7.regularly updates of customer profiles, pricing and contractual terms;
8.work under the identified strategies to deliver and achieve the target;
