1.Develop new market for LEONI FO product
2.Set up products price policy based on plant cost system and market situation
3.Collect and analyze market information to top management
4.Well supervise the customer management
5.Be responsible for collecting payment from customers
6.Lead and manage sales team, motivate, train and supervise sales people
7.Assure sales organization running effectively

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above
2.Above four years' experience in similar position
3.Fluent in written and oral English
