职位描述
1. Hunt suppliers and develop in commodities like: Forgings- as per drawing and specification; Castings- as per drawing and
specification; Machining Parts- as per drawing and specification; Tubes-- as per drawing and specification
2. As per development process of :Conduct Part development activity like Supplier selection; Supplier Audit, Supplier approval, Improvement as per audit; findings, part manufacturing process,
3. Inspection of each and every dimension along with SQE during prototype/PPAP Development, Preparation of PPAP documents along with supplier and maintain.
4.Properly maintain all records in systematic way.
5. Knowledgeable in SAP.
6. Ready to travel frequently.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 5-8 yrs of work experience.
· Knowledge of very good English is must.
· Must have good knowledge of China supplier base in Forging, Casting , Seamless Tubes, Machining Parts etc
· Must have good negotiation skill.
· Should have good knowledge about, heat treatment process, forging manufacturing process, casting manufacturing
process, Machining process like milling, CNC turning, grinding etc.
· Must have knowledge to understand drawing requirement and discuss with supplier at the time of development.
· Must be knowledgeable on Part development activity like Supplier selection, Supplier Audit, Supplier approval, Improvement as per audit findings, part manufacturing process, Inspection of each and every dimension during prototype development, Preparation of PPAP documents along with supplier and maintain.
