Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the weekly material schedule and material forecast released to supplier timely;
- Manage and assess supplier delivery performance;
- Take quick response on the parts shortage and customer demand fluctuation;
- Involve in set up and implementation of ERP system on components order
- prepare supplier payment request and ensure the supplier invoice is in line with supplier delivery note and ACW receipt note (including QAD receiving record);
- Ensure the daily Milk run effectively;
- Ensure the requirement have been fulfilled effectively;
- Set up and maintain the QAD master data;
- 3PL daily management and monitor, abnormal case handling, Goods in transit following and updated the daily report.
- Continues improvement in the Import & Export and domestic distribution related.
- 3PL KPI performance evaluation.
- Continues freight cost down..
- Double check and confirm the monthly actual freight with 3PL.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in plant material plan/purchasing, preferably in Auto industry for the chemical & mechanical components
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, chemical products and components,.
- Be familiar with MRP knowledge and skill, QAD is preferred.
