Responsibilities/Tasks

职责/任务

1.Participate in setting up effective management of supplying cycle and logistics system.

参与建立公司有效的供应链和物流体系管理；

2.Ensure effective logistics for production and distribution.

为公司的生产和销售在时间和空间上提供有力的后勤保障；

3.Be responsible for the conformity of logistics and internal or external plan of the company.

负责公司物流计划和公司内部及外部计划的整合；

4.In charge of making schedule of import and export production.

负责公司进出口货物时间计划的制定；

5.Inquire the quotation and control the cost of import and export production.

负责公司进出口货物物流费用询价、成本控制；

6.Make and audit the bill of document of import and export production.

负责公司进出口货物单证的制作，审核；

7.In charge of the transport and insurance of import and export production.

负责公司进出口货物的运输，保险；

8.In charge of the examination and approval, commodities inspection, application to customs of import and export production.

负责公司进出口货物的审批，商检，报关；

9.Develop the bonded business of feed-in and feed-out processing.

开展公司的进料加工、来料加工、出料加工保税业务；

10.Practice tracking and tracing of orders and consignments, documents and information to ensure

the company's logistics highly efficient and flexible.

及时跟踪进出口货物的单证、信息以确保公司物流的高效、灵活运行。

Education background, relevant professional skills

岗位所需学历及相关专业技能

1.College degree or above in international trade.

大专及以上学历，国际贸易专业；

2.At least 2 years working experience.

2年以上相关职位工作经验；

3.Have relevant certificate of application to customs.

具备报关员、外销员、报核员等资格证书；

4.Good command of English.

英语良好。
