Responsibilities/Tasks

职责/任务

1.Raw material part supplier development , inquiry, price compare and negotiation.

负责原材料（铝卷等）的供应商开发、询价、比价、议价；

2.Follow-up all development of new part process including RFQ, negotiation, FAI status.

负责新产品所有采购过程管理，如RFQ, 价格谈判, 样品状况确认和跟踪；

3.Coordinate with QC and warehouse for nonqualified part.

与QC、仓库等部门密切合作，及时处理不良品；

4.Handle disputes between suppliers and internal customers, work together with the suppliers on corrective actions and take measure for preventive action.

负责处理供应商和内部之间的矛盾，协助供应商完成相应的纠正和预防措施；

5.Conduct continuous cost reduction in order to raise profit margin and meet annual cost-saving target annual contract.

主导主要供应商年度采购协议，持续降低成本，从而达到年度目标；

6.Make market survey in order to evaluate present purchasing conditions and define future purchasing targets and strategies.

进行市场调查，为了评估采购条件和定义未来的采购目标与策略；

7.To define and monitor adequate performance indicators related to purchasing metrics, including cost, quality and reliability.

定义并定期监督供应商的表现，包括交付、质量、价格和服务等，主导关键供应商的会议；

8.Other works assigned by the manger.

上级交办的其他任务。

Education background, relevant professional skills

岗位所需学历及相关专业技能

1.College degree or above, major in mechanicals is preferred.

大专及以上学历，机械专业毕业优先；

2.At least 3 years working experience in this position.

至少三年相关工作经验；

3.Strong supplier development ability, cost drive sense, risk assessment.

较强的供应商开发能力以及成本驱动、风险意识；

4.Good command of English.

英语良好；

5.Good communication skills and team work spirit.

良好的沟通技巧和团队精神。
