Responsibilities/Tasks

职责/任务

1.Make production paper for special products.

根据客户定单及要求绘制特殊板的生产加工图；

2.Make production order depending on customer’s order for the factory.

根据客户订单，制作工厂的生产单，以便指导生产；

3.Communicate with the customer and factory, and find out a way that the customer’s special requirement would be realized by our technics.

与现场施工方及工厂沟通，使客户的特殊要求能够被我们的生产工艺实现；

4.Track manufacturing process, and solve technical problem in time.

生产跟踪，及时解决技术问题；

5.Establish and update ‘produce limit’ file.

制定并定期更新“生产加工极限”；

6.Maintain and update the standard production drawing.

维护并不断更新生产图纸图集；

7.Design jig and package for curve panel.

针对弧形板进行模具设计及包装箱的设计；

8.Participate project review, give comments based on technical knowledge and experience to simplify proposal and reduce cost.

参与项目方案的会审，给出合理化建议和改进，在满足客户要求的基础上，尽可能的简化方案，节约成本；

9.Others may be raised by business needs

Education background, relevant professional skills

岗位所需学历及相关专业技能

1.College degree and above, background in technical engineering.

大专及以上学历，技术工程背景；

2.More than 3 years experience in machining workshop.

3年以上有关机械行业的工作经验；

3.Familiar with CAD, Solidwork or equivalent.

熟练运用CAD、Solidwork等绘图软件；

4.Good communication skills and team work spirit.

良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神；

5.Can use English to communicate by oral and writing.

能够用英语进行口头和书面的交流；

6.Skill in making and checking production paper.

具有设计及校对生产加工图的技能。
